Dear All

The EU referendum is one of the biggest decisions we will face for a generation. But what would Brexit mean for the UK‘s environment? If the environment had a vote, would it be ‘In’ or ‘Out’?   Join in the debate on these crucial questions this Friday 13 in Leeds, with our exciting set of speakers:

  • Hilary Benn – Labour MP, Shadow Foreign Secretary
  • Dr. Charlotte Burns – University of York
  • Mike Childs – Friends of the Earth head of policy and campaigns
  • Louise Wilkinson – Conservation Policy and Campaigns Manager, Yorkshire Wildlife Trust

Will you join us this Friday?   This is a fantastic opportunity to find out what the referendum on our EU membership means for our environment in West Yorkshire, and how we can campaign for a fairer, more accountable EU.   Come and take part in this important debate and have your questions answered by the experts, who will bring their knowledge and experiences to the conversation.
Make sure you bag your free seat as places are limited.
I hope to see lots of you there,
Best wishes, Anna Friends of the Earth
